Test di ONPG-FDA-MUG-INDOL
Broth for the simultaneous detection of total coliform and E. coli in water and food. This detection has been enhanced with chromogenic and fluorogenic substrates:ONPG test(detection of ß-galactosidase activity), phenylalanine, MUG (fluorescence of E. coli) and indol (adding Kovac's reagent), for the identification of Enterobacteria and to verify FDA test means adding a solution of FeCl 10%.
