Reliable Sartorius Syringe Filters. With more than 120 articles available, Sartorius syringe filters offer one of the most comprehensive ranges on the market, designed to meet the specific needs of a wide variety of applications, from sterile filtration of medical devices to cell culture for research use.
Manufactured under strict ISO standards and through fully automated processes, they ensure a high level of quality and reliability. In addition, their design optimizes the membrane area-to-housing ratio, enabling fast and efficient filtration while minimizing environmental impact.
Minisart® filters made of MBS housing provide high flow rates and low adsorption characteristics. The effective filtration area of 6.2 cm² for fast filtration is the largest amongst premium syringe filters and the MBS housing is color-coded for easy pore size identification.
Minisart® syringe made of PP housing provide maximum chemical compatibility and minimum extractables with an effective filtration area of 0.07 cm², 1.7 cm² and 4.8 cm².
Applications
- Minisart® High Flow with polyethersulfone (PES) for filtration, clarification, and particle removal with highest flow rates of aqueous liquids with a pH of 3-12. Gamma irradiated or EO sterilized.
- Minisart® GF with glass fibre filter is optimized for particle-laden aqueous solutions or oils. The glass fibre prefilter protects the membrane from early clogging and increases total throughput.
- Minisart® NML with cellulose acetate (CA) or surfactant-free (SFCA) for all aqueous solutions with a pH of 4 - 8. For filtration, clarification, and particle removal with highest flow rates, total throughput. Gamma irradiated or EO sterilized.
- Minisart® RC for reliable removal of particles, is optimized for aqueous liquids as well as solvents and is stable against DMSO, other amides, ketones, esters and ethers.
- Minisart® NY combines fastest flow with low non-specific binding for aqueous liquids and solvents with a pH of 3 - 14.
- Minisart® SRP with chemically inert hydrophobic PTFE is suitable for venting as well as harsh solvents with a pH of 1 - 14.
