External case of steel coated with epoxy with insulated chamber. Inner chamber stainless steel shelf bracket, easily removable to facilitate cleaning inside the camera. Double door. An interior, tempered glass with silicon gasket and other external steel door with magnetic closure properly heated to prevent condensation on the glass door. Smooth door closing, preventing vibration inside the camera. Infrared CO2 sensor. sterilization of the camera function. RS232 output for reading and printing parameters by computer. CO2 taking back by metal terminal for 6x4mm tube diameter. Constant humidity degree. Display LCD display parameters. Mixer multifunction button.
