Palintest Kemio™ Heavy Metals is a portable device for the determination of heavy metals (lead, copper, cadmium, and arsenic). Kemio™ utilizes the only EPA approved method for portable lead testing in water at concentrations ranging from 1 to 100 µg/L, enabling compliance with WHO guidelines, which establish a maximum limit of 100 µg/L.
Kemio™ Heavy Metals can also measure cadmium concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 10 µg/L. The limit established by the WHO is 0.003 mg/L, while the limit accepted by the EPA and FDA is 0.005 mg/L.
Kemio™ is lightweight and durable. In as little as three minutes, Kemio™ Heavy Metals provides a measurement in the field. Kemio™ automatically logs all results, including time, date, user ID and sample ID, to ensure complete traceability of data. To access the data log, simply connect your instrument to a PC.
