CLEAN-UP® Solid Phase Extraction Columns (SPE). Clean-Up® products are geared towards a variety of extractions. This line is composed of ion exchange, hydrophilic, hydrophobic, copolymeric and covalent solid phase extraction columns.
Clean-Up® Copolymeric Columns. This sorbent is composed of a silica backbone bonded with two equal parts of each functional group. One type is either an ion exchanger or polar chain. The other is a hydrophobic carbon chain. This copolymerization technique yields reproducible bonded phases and unique copolymeric chemistries which allow the controlled use of mixed mode separation mechanisms. This type of dual chemistry is beneficial when one is looking to extract both a neutral and a charged compound.
