Liquid culture medium for primary enrichment and detection of Listeria spp. according to ISO 11290 Standard.
Supplements necessary to add to the base medium if you want to prepare for Enrichment Broth Base Listeria according Fraser:
- Listeria UVM II Selective Supplement (Art. No.:06-111LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 500ml of broth.
- Ammonium Ferric Citrate Supplement (Art. No.: 06-112LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 500ml of broth.
or
- Listeria Fraser / UVM II selective supplement (Art. No.: 06-790LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 500ml of broth (This supplement is ammonium ferric citrate included).
Medium preparations Fraser Listeria Enrichment Broth (Base) have included supplements.
If you want to prepare Media Listeria Half Concentration Enrichment Broth Fraser should add the following supplements:
- Half Fraser Listeria Selective Supplement- 225ml (Art. No.: 06-136LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 225ml of broth.
or
- Half Fraser Listeria Sel. Supplement- 500ml (Art. No.: 06-145LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 500ml of broth.
