Selective solid and differential medium for isolation and presumptive identification of Clostridium perfringens according to ISO 6461-2, 7937 and 14189 standards and other regulations.
This medium requires supplement:
- D-Cycloserine Selective Supplement (Art. No.:06-116LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 250ml of medium
or
- D-Cycloserine Selective Supplement (Art. No:06-743LYO1): 1 vial to supplement 100ml of medium.
If you want you can add supplements:
- Egg yolk sterile (Art. No.:06-016): 80ml solution per litre of medium.
- Supplement Fluorogenic MUP (Art. No:06-744LYO1): identification of Clostridium perfringens.
